Tracey began at the Bristol School of Dance at the age of 5, and graduated from Doreen Bird College in 1987 with associates in Ballet, National and Modern. She then attained her Licenciate Ballet and Fellowship Modern and Tap.

Tracey is now an Examiner for the ISTD and has been invited to lecture and choreograph the classes at the prestigious Janet Cram Awards in London.

Her professional work includes various pantomimes for ENB, summer seasons and TV 'extra' work on 'Only Fools and Horses' and 'Robin of Sherwood'.
